painting of Highlanders Parade
The Atholl Highlanders on Parade, May 2000

The 11th Duke of Atholl taking the salute at the annual Parade held in front of Blair Castle, Blair Atholl, Perthshire. The original watercolour was commissioned to present to the people of Atholl, Massachusetts when the Atholl Highlanders were invited to visit in June 2000. The Atholl Highlanders is the only private army legally allowed to bear arms in the United Kingdom.

The prints were numbered and signed and are for sale in the Castle Shop in Blair Castle. However, a very few Artist's Proofs, some countersigned by the Duke of Atholl, are still available direct from Roger Lee.
